Quote of the Day....and some camera issues

Happy Sunday friends! Sadly my little entry level SLR camera is not feeling so well and is in the shop which means I have nothing to share from my studio. It's been with me for a very long time and admittedly I've had an upgrade sitting in the sidelines since Christmas (gift from hubby)...but I am a creature of comfort and it scares me..ha! So now what...get myself in gear and learn how to use the new....oh dear! Please bear with me as I get the hang of it. In the meantime, here's today's pretty photo and quote....

I can't resist this happy picture via

Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars and change the world.

I am not only learning a new camera, I am learning hot to take photos for the very first time ever in my life.

It was well known in my circle I am not comfortable with a camera, not in front of one - so I would be the one going to refresh drinks or something.......good luck with your camera. You have an artists eye and your photos are always perfectly lovely!

Love this quote.

Good luck with your new camera, Abby. I'm sure you'll do very well.

(Oh, and I was a bit surprised to see this image but linking back to tumblr – it's actually mine, posted on my blog last year! You can see a little copyright notice on the bottom.)

Have a great week – linking to you in tomorrow's post.

I was about to tell you this is Georgianna's image :)) See why it's better to use your own! The origin of a picture is way too often lost...
