Happy Monday!!! I hope your weekend and Mother's Day was a great one! I spent mine with all the mamas in my family and it was wonderful!
So, I haven't been able to get in the studio as much as I'd like lately but I couldn't resist creating my latest inspiration, courtesy of Somerset Life's recent challenge to transform brown paper bags from plain to beautiful. It instantly sent my crafty mind in a bit of whirlwind.

I had saved a few petite bags from my local hardware store and began to play. And after a bit of craft paint, cutting, doodling, and shaping three girly and whimsicle little outfits came to be....
Sometimes I just can't resist creating something brimming with girly'ness:)
Have a great week!
xo,
Abby

You are so talented...they are beautiful! I love the soft colors, too.
What a beautiful blog you have! Only a rare creative heart could look at a hardware store bag and see the true value inside.
I'm blinking trying to clear my vision but the same images keep showing up! This is amazing! I'd sure love to see more of a tutorial on the steps achieved to make this.

You definitely have a pretty project! My first job was at a TrueValue! Thanks for sharing your talents and for the memories!
A tiny fairy passed by Abby's Garden Studio window and saw to her delight, fairy fashions, dancing in the light; so she tickled her nose and soon was in and trying them on with no one around. She wore the pants while touring the zoo and soon a friend asked her out -- OHH How Grand, so off she went in a skirt and top to see a movie and had wine outside on the lawn, but the big event came, the Ball, so she wore her dress with rhinestones and netting and he kissed her under the stars and told her she was as pretty as a fairy and it all happened in Abby's Garden under the studio window of her soul. Oh my Abby! These are exquisite... there is just no other word for them. They make my heart happy just looking at them. I could picture them hanging in a little girls room across her window. Sigh...so beautiful. Thank you for sharing your creativity with us at Inspiration Friday. We will be sharing it on our Facebook Page.
